Why does the system say, “Wrong login/password”?

This message means you may have entered the wrong password and/or username:

1.  All credential fields are case sensitive. You may have an upper-case letter that should be lower case.
2.  You may have auto saved or type the login/username with an invisible character (space)
3. The password entered may be incorrect
